Welcome to my site. For the best part of twenty years I’ve had the pleasure of creating award-winning picture books for big and little kids alike.
Sloths love slow and Mo is the slowest sloth in Snuggle Town. Except, that is, for Bill, who doesn’t move at all.

My love for words started at a young age. For as long as I can remember I’ve enjoyed dreaming them up, arranging them, inventing and shaping them into poems, songs, rhymes, stories and - of course - picture books!

Sometimes thoughtful, sometimes mischievous, my books have been described in terms as diverse as ‘laugh-out-loud funny’ to ‘warm, reassuring and beautifully crafted’. To date they have been published across 16 countries in 13 languages, picking up some literary and design awards along the way.
